Eusync is my first startup aiming to create a centralized, pan-European train planning and booking platform with Austria and UK context. The goal is to remove frictions of cross-border rail services completely. One platform, one Europe. Details are being expanded. Where facts are incomplete or private, the case study uses placeholders and focuses on system constraints and learnings.
- Treat cross-border rail planning as a coordination and inventory problem, not a UI problem.
- Design for multi-operator, multi-country constraints from day one.
- Learned where cross-border rail discovery breaks: pricing, inventory handoff, trust, and edge-case routing.
- Built a clearer thesis on why a centralized layer matters in a fragmented ecosystem.
