THESIS

Eusync is my first startup aiming to create a centralized, pan-European train planning and booking platform with Austria and UK context. The goal is to remove frictions of cross-border rail services completely. One platform, one Europe. Details are being expanded. Where facts are incomplete or private, the case study uses placeholders and focuses on system constraints and learnings.

BUILD NOTES
DECISIONS
  • Treat cross-border rail planning as a coordination and inventory problem, not a UI problem.
  • Design for multi-operator, multi-country constraints from day one.
OUTCOMES
  • Learned where cross-border rail discovery breaks: pricing, inventory handoff, trust, and edge-case routing.
  • Built a clearer thesis on why a centralized layer matters in a fragmented ecosystem.
